Art. 1 Scope of application
1.1 The General Conditions of Sale apply to all sales made by the Seller through the communication channels on the Site.
1.2 If permitted by the Site, entering your company information, including your VAT number (yours or that of a legal entity), implies a purchase as a “Professional,” pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Consumer Code. A Professional is a natural or legal person acting in the exercise of their entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity, or their intermediary.
1.3 The terms indicated are intended as working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. The images and descriptions on the Site are intended as purely indicative. Colors may differ from actual colors due to the settings of the computer systems or devices you use to view them.
1.4 The General Conditions of Sale may be modified at any time. Any changes and/or new conditions will be effective upon their publication on the Site. You are therefore invited to regularly access the Site and consult the most up-to-date version of the General Conditions of Sale before placing any purchase order.
1.5 The applicable General Conditions of Sale are those in force on the date the purchase order is sent.
1.6 These General Conditions of Sale do not govern the sale of Products and/or services by parties other than the Seller who may be present on the Site via links, banners, or other hypertext links. Before conducting commercial transactions with such parties, it is necessary to verify their conditions of sale. The Seller is not responsible for the provision of services and/or the sale of Products by such parties. The Seller does not carry out any checks and/or monitoring on the websites accessible via such links. The Seller is therefore not responsible for the content of such sites nor for any errors and/or omissions and/or violations of law by them.
1.7 You are required to carefully read these General Conditions of Sale as well as all other information that the Seller provides on the Site, including during the purchase order procedure.
1.8 All elements of the Site are the property of the Seller or third parties. Unless specifically authorized in writing by the Seller, it is prohibited to reproduce, in whole or in part, by any means, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, or sell all or part of the Site’s content.
1.9 The Seller shall not under any circumstances be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of profits or other indirect losses resulting from the use of the Site or the inability to use it. The Seller cannot guarantee or represent: (i) that the Site is free from viruses or programs that could damage data; (ii) that the information contained on the Site is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Art. 2 Purchases on the site
2.1 To place purchase orders through the Site, you must follow the procedure on the Site itself, entering the data requested from time to time. The sales contract is concluded when the order, received by the Seller’s server, is confirmed by email.
2.2 Purchase orders through the Site are permitted only to users who qualify as Distributors. To obtain this status, interested users must submit a formal request for access to the fashino.it portal by completing the form on the Site. After verification by the Seller, who will verify the objective technical existence of the user (the “Professional” user, pursuant to 1.2), you will receive a username and password (which can be modified by the Distributor) via email in order to view the price list and place purchase orders.
2.3 You undertake to inform the Seller immediately if you suspect or become aware of any improper use or disclosure of any information you have entered on the Site.
2.4 You guarantee that the personal information you provide is complete and truthful and you undertake to indemnify and hold the Seller harmless from any damages, compensation obligations, and/or penalties arising from and/or in any way related to the violation of this undertaking. You undertake to inform the Seller immediately if you suspect or become aware of any improper use or disclosure of your Site login credentials.
2.5 The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders coming from:
- from a user with whom it has an ongoing legal dispute;
- by a user who has previously violated these General Conditions of Sale and/or the conditions and/or terms of a purchase contract with the Seller;
- from a user who has been involved in fraud of any kind and, in particular, in fraud relating to credit card payments;
- by users who have provided false, incomplete, expired or otherwise inaccurate identification data or who have not promptly sent the documents requested by the Seller;
- by a user who has made purchases on the Site that are anomalous in type and quantity;
- from users who repeatedly and/or habitually return Products that: (i) have not been stored, handled and inspected with normal diligence; (ii) are not intact, complete in all their parts, accompanied by all accessories and information sheets (including identification tags, labels and the disposable seal, where present); (iii) show signs of wear or dirt and that have been used, washed, soiled or damaged and show signs of use.
2.6 Placing orders on the Site constitutes acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale by the Seller.
2.7 After the purchase, the Seller does not have the possibility to cancel or make changes to the concluded sales contract.
Art. 3 Product availability
3.1 The Products offered on the Site are limited in number. Therefore, due to the possibility that multiple users may purchase the same Product at the same time, the ordered Product may no longer be available after the purchase order has been submitted.
3.2 If the conditions set out in the previous point occur, the Seller undertakes to begin production of the ordered Product as soon as possible and to deliver promptly. In the event of an objective impossibility to comply with the above, the Seller will promptly notify the Vendor. The Seller may also cancel the sale if there is an error in the Product’s availability.
Art. 4 Prices
4.1 Prices on the Site are exclusive of VAT.
4.2 The Seller reserves the right to change the price of the Products at any time, without notice, it being understood that the price charged to you will be the one indicated on the Site at the time the order is placed and that any variations (increases or decreases) subsequent to the transmission of the order will not be taken into account.
4.3 Shipping costs for the Products are your responsibility for orders less than or equal to a specific amount, which is different for Italian Distributors (€300.00) and foreign Distributors (€1,000.00). Shipping for higher amounts is free.
4.4 The Seller will ship the Products only after receiving confirmation of payment authorization or crediting of the Total Amount Due. Ownership of the Products will be transferred to you upon shipment, meaning the moment the Product is handed over to the carrier. The risk of loss or damage to the Products, for reasons not attributable to the Seller, will be transferred to you when you, or a third party designated by you and other than the carrier, physically takes possession of the Products.
4.5 The purchase agreement is terminated upon non-payment of the Total Amount Due. Unless otherwise agreed in writing with you, the order will be cancelled.
4.6 If there is an error in the price of the Product listed on the Site, the Seller reserves the right to communicate the correct price to the customer even after the purchase order has been completed. In this case, the customer has the right to accept the new price or cancel the purchase contract. The Seller may also cancel the Product purchase contract in these cases.
Art. 5 Payment methods
5.1 This article describes the payment methods available following an order request through the Site.
5.2 It is not possible to purchase directly on the Site. Following your request—accessible only to Distributor users—first for a quote and then for an order, which must be confirmed by the company via email, you can make payment by bank transfer to the following account:

5.3 Conditions of sale for Italy:
- 7% discount on the invoice for advance payment of the order total by bank transfer.
- 5% discount on the invoice for cash on delivery.
- For orders equal to or greater than €300.00, a single RI.BA within 60 days of payment.
- For orders over €600.00, RI.BA within 30/60/90 days of receipt at the company’s discretion.
5.4 Conditions of sale for abroad:
- 10% discount on the invoice for advance payment of the order total by bank transfer.
- A 5% discount on your invoice is available for advance payment of 50% of your order via bank transfer and the balance via bank transfer once the goods are ready.
- [Under evaluation] Payment by SEPA 60 days from the invoice date, without discount.
- Advance bank transfer with a 30% deposit of the total order and the balance upon receipt of the goods.
Art. 6 Delivery of products
6.1 Delivery of the Products is expected in Italy and European countries. The user can, however, contact the Seller for further information regarding the delivery of the Products and to verify the possibility of shipments to countries other than those indicated on the Site.
6.2 The delivery obligation is fulfilled by transferring to you the material availability or in any case the control of the Product.
6.3 The delivery time for Products to Italy is on average 7-14 days from the date the order is placed. For foreign countries, delivery will take place within 30 days of placing the order. The order is sent upon confirmation using the payment methods previously defined.
6.4 The term indicated in art.
6.3 is to be understood as indicative and not peremptory. 6.3 è da intendersi come indicativo e non perentorio. The Seller therefore reserves the right to deliver the Products within 30 days of placing the order. It is up to you to check the condition of the delivered Product. Without prejudice to the fact that the risk of loss or damage to the Product, for reasons not attributable to the Seller, is transferred when you, or a third party designated by you and other than the carrier, physically takes possession of the Product, the Seller recommends that you check the number of Products received and that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials. In your interest, you are invited to indicate any anomalies on the carrier’s transport document, accepting the package with reservations. If the packaging shows obvious signs of tampering or alteration, it is advisable to promptly notify the Seller.
Art. 7 Right of return
7.1 The user is invited to carefully read this article, which regulates the right of return.
7.2 The right of return is the Distributor’s right to return defective Products and obtain a refund, subject to technical verification by the Seller.
7.3 You can exercise the right of return by submitting a formal request via email to the address info@fashino.it, specifying the type of defect found following delivery of the order. It is necessary to attach detailed photos of the specific report.
7.4 The Products subject to the return request must be: (i) intact, complete in all their parts, accompanied by all accessories and information sheets (including identification tags, labels and the disposable seal, where present); (ii) without signs of wear or dirt or use, not washed, soiled or damaged.
7.5 The company reserves the right to verify the applicability of the right of return, verifying the actual presence of technical, workmanship, or manufacturing defects. Confirmation or denial of the return will be made via email, in response to the request cited in the art. 7.3.
7.6 The shipping costs for returning the Product being returned are borne by the Distributor. Only if the defect is confirmed and the right to return is confirmed, the Product in question will be replaced with a new model at the Seller’s expense. Furthermore, the Distributor will be reimbursed for the costs incurred in returning the Product by sending multiple pieces with an economic value at least equal to the costs mentioned.
Art. 8 Miscellaneous
8.1 This document fully governs the relationship between you and the Seller. In any case, the rights and obligations established by the law applicable from time to time remain unaffected.
